1. Describe your role:
I am a Service Desk Engineer in the Support Department, my team and I are responsible for proactively monitoring, maintaining and supporting our customers and Probrand`s IT infrastructures.

Our team works closely with our customers to ensure that issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner, trying to avoid disruptive where possible. Through our monitoring and reporting systems we are able to proactively investigate problems and are usually able to resolve hardware faults or underlying issues before the customer has felt the impact. This also allows us to provide recommendation where appropriate to help enhance customers productivity through the use of technology.

2. How long have you been with Probrand?
I have worked at Probrand for nearly 2 years, 1 year and 11 months to be exact.

3. Where’s your favourite spot in Birmingham?
Has to be Bournville, despite not being able to smell the chocolate anymore.  

4. How do you recharge when you are not being a superstar engineer?
I go to the Gym, play video games, build custom computers, watch TV series and spend time with friends and family.

5. What characteristic do you most admire in others?
Being reliable, considerate and helpful are but a few traits that admire in others and strive for in myself.

6. What super power would you like to have & why?
I`d probably want teleportation as a super power as it would enable me to travel anywhere instantly which would save time/money and allow for a lot more holidays.
