Probrand owners acquire HKW Information Services Ltd
Owners of Birmingham based technology services provider, Probrand, have concluded their acquisition of Manchester based IT provider HKW Information Services Ltd (HKW).
As a result of the takeover HKW exited administration and began trading under its new owners using the Probrand name on Monday 13th August 2007.
HKW Information Services Ltd is a supplier of IT hardware, software and consumables as well as service and support.
HKW’s fit with our work at Probrand is a reflection of our aspiration for growth through investment in great people, products and services.
